NUMB CREAM INSTRUCTION

Permanent makeup numbing cream is a local anesthetic used before permanent make-up (such as tattoos, eyebrow and eyeliner tattoos) to reduce pain and discomfort during the procedure. It is typically used on skin areas requiring anesthesia for tattoos, beauty surgery, and other permanent make-up procedures to help clients better accept these procedures.

NL-TOLIGHT CREAM 10g (1 week delivery time). Is 75% more effective at numbing the skin so that you don’t notice it hurts so much during PMU procedures and the like. 

This is a numb-cream for local use, before treatments that can be painful. Can be used for lips, eyebrows, tattoos, microneedling, injections, hyaluronic pen, meso treatments, piercings, laser treatments, tattoo removals, hair removals, peeling, waxing, etc. For use before eyeliner only for experienced technicians who know how to avoid getting it in the eyes. Use an extremely small amount on a Q-tip, a chin instrument or similar. Can last for 20-50 treatments (!), depending on how large an area you are going to work on. Do NOT get it in your eyes , and also try to avoid getting it on your tongue / mouth.

SECTION 1: Product identification

  1. Product type: Water-based cream
  2. The name of the cream varies slightly, but it is a creamy mkicture intended to calm the skin.
  3. Use of the cream: For application to entire skin, lips, and skin that has been opened after a procedure.

SECTION 2: Risks of use

  1. The classification of the substance or cream is a so-called GHS-US Classification
  2. Simplified information
    1. It’s not dangerous to get in your eye.
    2. The product is not expected to irritate the skin on contact unless excessive use is used for a period of time that far exceeds normal use. In that case, it may cause mild skin irritation.
    3. When taken orally (by mouth), no serious effects are expected.
    4. Inhalation of the product is unlikely, but prolonged inhalation of fumes from the product could theoretically cause irritation of the respiratory tract.

SECTION 4: First aid measures

  1. General: Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
  2. If you feel unwell or have a reaction to the num cream, contact the emergency room and bring the list of ingredients described above.
  3. Inhalation Accident: If symptoms occur, remove to fresh air and ventilate the area. Find a comfortable breathing position and rest until symptoms subside. If symptoms persist, call the Poisons Information Centre at: 22 59 13 00
  4. Eye contact: Flush with lukewarm water for several minutes. All technicians should have an eyewash bottle for use in case of accidental contact with something that should not be in the eye.
  5. Accidental ingestion: Rinse mouth, DO NOT induce vomiting. Contact poison control center if large quantities are involved. Telephone number: 22 59 13 00
  6. The most common side effects are mild eye irritation (unlikely)
  7. Always have access to the list of contents above in case you need to call for medical assistance.

SECTION 5: Fire-fighting measures

  1. In the event of a fire involving the product in question, the most appropriate fire extinguishing equipment is water, foam, CO2 extinguishers and dry chemical.
  2. Hot water is unsuitable for extinguishing fires involving the product in question because it may spread the burning liquid further.
  3. The risk of fire involving the product is no different from the damage caused by fire in general.
  4. Explosion hazard: Not applicable. 
  5. Reactivity: The product is stable and will not contribute to any further reactions beyond burning.
  6. Guidance for firefighters: This is not applicable.
  7. Protection during firefighting. As with any fire, appropriate protective equipment should be worn before attempting to extinguish the fire, including breathing protection.

SECTION 6: Accidental release

  1. General: Avoid product contact with high heat, sparks, open flames or very hot surfaces.
  2. In the event of a spill, individuals should only handle the product when wearing appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
  3. In the event of a large spill, personnel should be evacuated.
  4. For first responders: Ensure that personnel who will be cleaning up have appropriate PPE.
  5. Ensure maximum ventilation
  6. Avoid discharge into sewers or public water supplies.
  7. Collect the spill with inert material and place in a suitable container, and deliver to a hazardous waste recycling station.

SECTION 7: Handling and storage

  1. Avoid excessively hot surfaces, sparks, open flames.
  2. Smoking prohibited
  3. Avoid breathing exhaust fumes from production.
  4. Preferably stored outdoors or in well-ventilated rooms.
  5. Use appropriate personal protective equipment when handling large quantities of the substance.
  6. Follow good industrial hygiene and safety precautions. Wash hands thoroughly and do not drink, smoke or eat in the immediate vicinity of the product during production.
  7. Store dry and cool, but do not freeze.
